Roddy Macleod – Strategic Sales Director & Growth Visionary
Roddy is the forward-thinking engine of the business. As our Strategic Sales Director, he’s constantly steering ONE FITOUT into new territory whether it’s forming partnerships with innovative suppliers, staying ahead of marketing trends, or headhunting top-tier talent to join our growing team.
His latest venture? Developing our very own Podcast Studio, where we’ll be covering everything you need to know about home and commercial renovation in Dubai. For Roddy, it’s all about expansion, energy, and evolution.
Kailey Macleod – Creative Director & Design Strategist
Kailey brings over 18 years of Dubai experience to her role as Creative Director, and it shows. A mother of three and a seasoned designer, she knows firsthand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creating beautiful yet practical spaces in the UAE.
Never one to shy away from a Pinterest trend or bold design request, Kailey brings style, function, and client-focused thinking to every project. She’s the voice of reason when it comes to balancing budgets, timelines, and aesthetic goals all while making sure our clients feel heard and inspired.
