About us
Dubai’s boutique fit out company.
We turn houses into homes — blending functionality, elegance and your personal style.
Built on conviction. Refined by craft.
Founded by Kailey and Roddy Macleod in Dubai, ONE FITOUT was built on a simple belief: exceptional spaces deserve exceptional execution.
Luxury residential renovations, bespoke interiors and premium fit outs — delivered by designers, project managers and joinery specialists working under ONE roof, from concept to handover.
Thoughtful design, meticulous craftsmanship, and spaces that feel as extraordinary as they look.
One Team. One Vision. One FitOut.
“We never wanted to be the biggest. We wanted to be the benchmark.”
— Roddy & Kailey, Co-Founders
