Our client was thrilled with the luxury residential fit out transformation. The villa was completely transformed, bringing the design concept fully to life. They were particularly impressed by the custom joinery, including the custom kitchen, all internal panelled doors, decorative wall mouldings, walk-in wardrobe and needless to say, the magnificent spiral wine cellar.

Following handover, we submitted the final inspection applications to the relevant authorities. The villa was then put on the market for AED 30 million, predicted to be the highest-valued villa in Victory Heights.

This confirmed that the client’s objectives were fully met: creating a high-impact, desirable property that stood out in the market.
