You can ask One FitOut to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including anything we received when you messaged us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, or submitted one of our lead forms. Our privacy policy describes what that information is.
How to ask
- Email enquiries@1fitout.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the words "Delete my data" in a message to our Instagram account.
- Tell us how we know you, so we can find your record: the email address or phone number you used, or your Instagram username.
- We will confirm we have received your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, then confirm when it is done.
What we delete
We delete or permanently anonymise your contact details, the notes and activity on your record, and the content of your messages and enquiries. Where the law requires us to keep something, such as invoices for accounting, we keep only that, and only for as long as required. We also keep a brief record that you asked us to delete your data, so that your details are not added back from an old list.
Removing our app from your Facebook account
If you ever signed in to one of our tools with Facebook, you can also remove its access yourself: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove "One Fitout".
