This policy explains what personal information One FitOut ("we", "us") collects when you visit 1fitout.com, send us an enquiry, or message us on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or by email, and what we do with it. We are a fit-out and renovation company based at No.11, Community 369, Street 31, Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai, UAE (trade licence 26364456).
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you fill in a form on our website we receive what you type, such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your project, together with the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. When you message our accounts, Meta passes us the message and any photos or files you attach, along with the public profile details Meta makes available: your name, your Instagram username and an ID that identifies you to our account only. For WhatsApp this includes your phone number. Meta does not give us your password or your private account details.
- Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit one of our lead forms inside Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers you gave in it.
- Email. When you email us, and, if you receive our newsletters, whether an email was opened or a link in it was clicked.
- Website usage. Only if you accept cookies on our banner: the pages you view, the site that referred you and basic device information, recorded by our own analytics. Nothing is shared with advertisers, and if you decline, nothing is recorded.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or message, and to quote for and deliver your project.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you in our customer management system, so the right person on our team can follow up.
- To understand which of our posts, adverts and pages bring enquiries, so we spend our marketing well.
- To send you updates about our work, if you have asked for them or are already a client. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We rely on your request when we reply to you, on our contract with you when we work on your project, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for record keeping and measurement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems for us, under their own data-protection terms: our website and database hosting, our customer management tools (including HubSpot), Meta (for messages sent through Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp) and our email delivery provider. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, including in the European Union. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we are working with you and for as long afterwards as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting purposes. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it for marketing. To delete your data, follow the steps on our data deletion page. For anything else, email enquiries@1fitout.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website stores your cookie choice in your browser and, only if you accept, a first-party identifier that lets our analytics recognise a returning visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
